  • Offer "Contingent Search" services for hard to fill positions.  
  • With our "Hourly" program, we act as your "on-demand" In-House recruiter that can perform any, or all of your recruitment needs from hiring manager intakes to running an advertising campaign,  targeted recruitment calls, social media searches, candidate screening, in person interview set-ups, references, offer presentations and negotiations
  • Save you anywhere from 15%-70% in recruitment costs compared to using traditional search firms that charge high placement fees 
  • We operate as a "virtual" company to control our overhead which allows us to establish lower rates for our "Contingent" searches
